Led by ‘ME Signature’, ME Developments luxury homes division, The Barns is a series of disused farm buildings in Frensham, one of Surrey’s most picturesque villages. The Barns features 14 luxury houses ranging in price from £1m to £4.5m.

Each house is bespoke and different in style and offers residents stunning views, country living and high quality construction. Sympathetic to their surroundings, and carried out in collaboration with local residents, The Barns has become a landmark development in Surrey and a ‘best-practice’ example of bespoke building and exemplary marketing techaniques ensuring expedited sales in a competitive market.

ME Velocity is ME Developments fast-build division. Caste Yard in Farnham, Surrey is testament to ME Velocity’s drive to create sub £1m homes built for young professionals and their families.

Just a stone’s throw from Farnham Castle and built on a former livery and stables, Castle Yard moved from breaking ground to completion in a matter of months. The development was built on time, on budget and sold entirely off-plan.

Another project by ME Signature, Wingate Meadow is nestled in Hampshire’s lavish rolling countryside located at the heart of the charming village of Long Sutton, a short distance from the town of Odiham.

The development comprises five architecturally inspired homes in a distinctive contemporary style. The carefully considered design provides an abundance of light and privacy, set down to naturally blend-in with the abundance of vibrant flowers and wildlife in the adjacent open meadow.

ME Signature’s Holme Hill development in the picturesque Hampshire village of Upton grey is now well underway. ‘ME Revolution’ builds unique apartments in urban locations and recently undertook the conversion of a prime office building directly adjacent to Godalming Station.

‘The Tannery’ is an outstanding conversion project; converting a staid, uninspiring office building into bright, vibrant and appealing apartments. The project created 23 ‘Manhattan-Style’ apartments all with exceptional fittings and furnishings, creating a desirable space to live in.
