Simon Marshall


Prior to starting ME Holdings Ltd., Simon spent 10 years as CEO for one of the Middle East’s largest retailers growing the business value from $300m to over $34bn, and from 400 stores in Saudi Arabia to more than 3,800 spanning 16 countries.

During this period the group also became one of the world’s largest builders of shopping malls managing more than 5,000,000 sq.ft. of retail space across the Middle East and Europe.

Gerry Waters


Responsible for the on-site delivery of development projects, and with over 35 years of international experience, Gerry has been involved with the construction management of hundreds of building projects throughout his career, from small boutique retail fit-outs to extremely large and iconic IKEA stores.

In addition, Gerry has also been a senior international executive throughout his career including CEO of one of the Middle East’s largest retailers.

Nicholas Eaton


A founding partner of ME Developments, Nick has an excellent local reputation having owned and operated a chain of estate agencies covering Surrey and Hampshire.

With almost 20 years in the property market his wealth of knowledge creates unique opportunities to develop quality residential property in the area. Nick also has proven interior design skills, essential when building luxury homes.

Morgan Mead


Morgan has worked in the financial service, retail, and construction industries across a number of disciplines including project management, finance, legal and technology. Morgan has managed the construction and fit out of hundreds of retail stores, several company acquisitions, large-scale process change and technical infrastructure.

At ME Developments he has been fundamental in establishing the basic processes that have enabled the business to grow at speed whilst providing underlying risk management.

Ben Morton-Hunte


Ben has almost 20 year’s experience in the construction industry. Recently he was Crest Nicholson’s Senior Site Manager overseeing a number of high-profile large development sites in Central London with some in excess of 400+ units.

Ben’s skills are now considerably more extensive to include architecture and planning and several other technical construction aspects. He is fundamental at the inception of ME Developments projects ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery of completed sites.

Mark Rodol


Mark has almost 30 year’s experience of branding and marketing combined with entrepreneurial skills. With Central London commercial property experience Mark is able to match his business and marketing acumen with the property aspects required by discerning buyers especially as marketing skills demand a more digital focus.

A regular judge on the Superbrands panel, Mark has consulted to several well-known consumer brands and now applies his experience to the marketing of ME Developments projects.

Wesley Naude


A fully qualified chartered accountant, he started in the mining industry as a graduate across major finance functions at BHP Billiton. He joined Bombardier in South Africa in 2012 where he worked on large-scale ($750m+) infrastructure projects responsible for project schedule management, risk control, project cost control, procurement and change management before taking on a regional role overseeing a portfolio of $1bn+.

These combined skills are now fundamental to the continued success of ME Developments where Wesley applies his vast experience to ensuring the Company’s continued profitability.

Ayyaz Khan


A graduate of Brunel University, Ayyaz is responsible for the financial management and oversight of ME Developments.

He is also an experienced Special Projects Director having operated in that role for one of the world’s largest retail groups. His analytical, business planning and negotiating skills have become an invaluable aspect of the Companies success.

Kelly Eaton


Kelly is dedicated to making a genuine, lasting impact on the culture of the Company implementing HR strategies that ensure on-going commercial success. Prior to ME Developments, she facilitated the first female-related policies for the Middle East’s largest retail group and at the Sussex Police Force was recognised for increasing recruitment from identified under-represented groups.

She is committed to ensuring that every HR interaction is aligned to the business model and is qualified to do so having graduated with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.

Daniel Oliver

Marketing Director

Dan’s extensive marketing skills are responsible for positioning the company as a leading property force in the Home Counties. With experience honed across several sectors he has held senior agency roles handling several well-known consumer brands.

Dan joined the Company from The Royal Mint where he was Brand & Communication Manager responsible for rebranding the organisation as well as pioneering its move to embrace social media.
